Alex Madkour is an experienced real estate and small business investor with over a decade of entrepreneurial leadership across real estate development, retail, and operations. He has founded and operated multiple companies, including ventures in residential and commercial real estate, joint ventures, and retail businesses that scaled to multi-state operations. His core interests are in commercial real estate — retail, office, and industrial — while actively studying and exploring passive investment opportunities such as private equity funds, REITs, and syndications. Alex is looking forward to connecting, collaborating, and building strong relationships with the team.
