He is an entrepreneur from a family of real estate professionals, watching how real estate ownership and investing builds long-term wealth. He grew up in the Greater Seattle and the Edmonds areas, and has many long-term ties to these communities. He graduated from Washington State University with a degree in Hospitality Business Management with emphasis on Hotel Management. With his time in the hotel industry, he was able to connect with a variety of people on a personal level and provide a high level of customer care which he brings to his real estate clients when representing buyers and sellers. When working with buyers, his main goal is to help buyers implement winning strategies in a competitive market. When helping sellers, Brad’s priority is to help them prepare their homes for listing with the goal of maximizing its attractiveness to achieve the highest sales price from the most qualified buyers. His overall objective is to always provide education to his clients while offering the highest level of service.
Brad has a background playing competitive tennis which enables him to bring a proven winning mindset and tenacity when representing the needs of his investor clients finding off-market rental properties and investment opportunities.
