Meet Josiah Willis

A Summa Cum Laude graduate from the University of Washington with a concentration in Finance, Josiah began his career as the youngest hire at a Bellevue consulting firm. There, he honed his analytical skills and developed a client-centric approach to sales, delivering results without relying on pushy tactics.

Since earning his real estate license in 2017, Josiah has underwritten over 2,000 real estate deals for Caliber Real Estate, covering a wide range of asset categories, including multifamily developments, retail centers, office space, industrial properties, special purpose properties, vacant land, and residential developments.

Josiah also shares his expertise by training other real estate professionals through a weekly class focused on new construction, land development, and property valuation. These sessions emphasize how to effectively run property comparables (comps) to determine accurate market value. By equipping agents with the tools and knowledge needed to thrive in competitive markets, Josiah helps elevate the standards of professionalism and analysis within the industry. When other realtors are stuck, they come to Josiah for clarity of analysis and valuation.

With 8 years of real estate experience, Josiah has successfully served a diverse range of clients—from national publicly traded developers and builders to individual property investors. Beyond brokering deals, Josiah is also actively involved in developing his own properties through joint ventures and strategic partnerships, further expanding his expertise and portfolio.

Outside of real estate, Josiah enjoys traveling with his family, exploring new culinary experiences, and playing tennis.
