This was my first time buying a house and Alex has been a breeze to work with. Not only was he was friendly but also extremely knowledgeable and patient with all of my questions. He was honest throughout the process which is a must have in an agent! If you are looking for an agent who is responsive and makes you a priority – look no further! Once I contacted Alex to help me finding and buying a home I became his first priority. At the beginning he set up a phone call with me explaining the whole process in extreme details, describing every single step and what do we expect the outcome would be. He discussed with me what are my preference in my dream home and the criteria based on which I would find a home fits my needs or not. after that, I have been receiving daily emails full of homes that match my searching criteria to choose from. He was very responsive and friendly and always find a time to call me and text regarding my questions. Once I found the home I liked, he put an amazing effort contacting the seller agent getting all the needed information to compile a competitive offer for the home. We took the home out of market after being listed by 12 hours with that offer, and I finally got the home. Dealing with Alex did not stop here, after I got the home, we walked through it and he recommended all the things that are needed to be done ordered by priority and sent that list to me, I also still getting recommendation of all the contractors I needed for fixes or adjustments I highly recommend working with Alex if you want to be the first priority with your agent.

Alex was very helpful throughout the buying process. I had a busy schedule, but he was always very responsive even when I had limited availability and worked to find time for tours and other meetings. He provided solid research and insights to match my needs, and helped me to understand the buying process as a first time home buyer. Ultimately we found a great condo and got it for a good deal. I’m happy with my buying experience!

Alex is professional, hard working, and knoweledgable. He helped us present a strong offer and buy our very first home! Alex did a great job giving us comparable info on nearby homes so we knew what to expect when making a competitive offer. On top of that, Alex helped us even after we purchased our home. Following up on issues that came up and making sure we were satisfied. It was great working with Alex and we would gladly work with him again in the future!

He started with an information session to let us know what to expect throughout the process and ensure there were no surprises. Then he conducted a ton of home tours over zoom, answered 1000 messages/questions at all hours and helped us put forward 8 bids in 3 weeks.
