We had a special financing situation that put us in a pretty fast timetable. Kenny was not up for the challenge, he almost welcomed it. In the current Seattle housing market you have to act quick. During our search we would see a and already accepted an offer within 48 hours of posting. Day after day I would send Kenny a list of and he’d get me the latest updates on each . Despite several setbacks, Kenny’s support and enthusiasm never wavered, and he motivated us to keep searching as long as we could to find a home that fit our goals. Finally, Kenny was able to secure a viewing at a home THAT WASN’T EVEN ON THE MARKET! We decided to put in an offer, where we found Kenny’s expertise in negotiation strategies is second to none, as he walks you through the home buying process. Kenny will be a phenomenal advocate that will work tirelessly on your behalf to make sure you are satisfied.
Kenny was very nice to work with. As a first time home buyer, he was able to help me and my wife find a home that we really liked. He was to answer any questions we had, whether big or small. We would definitely recommend him to friends and family.
We’ve been working with Kenny since 2012. As a first time homebuyer, we had a lot of questions. Kenny was able to help us navigate through the tedious and time consuming process. We looked at condos, multi-family homes and single family homes. Throughout the search, he provided great insight on each property details, location/comps and equity potential. When we decided to put in an offer, the process went smoothly because Kenny communicated with us each step of the way. He shared what to expect and when to expect it. He was readily able to to answer our questions or was always willing to research additional information. Since then we have worked with Kenny as our trusted agent and he continues to provide superb service to us! Thank you Kenny! You’re awesome!
Kenny was extremely professional and a joy to work with. He had tons of knowledge and made us feel comfortable with the decisions we made along the way. He was always a phone call or text away and replied promptly to every query.
