I cannot recommend Kevin enough! As first time home buyers in the Seattle market, he helped us narrow down on what were truly must haves vs. nice to haves, introduced us to neighborhoods that weren’t even in our radar as Seattle transplants, and not only helped develop strong offer strategies but explained every step of his recommendation. No question was too minor and he is just SO responsive, I wondered if he slept! ;) Even when he was out of town and knew we were visiting prospects, he made sure we were supported by his team AND checked in on us. We are so grateful for his persistence, guidance, and friendship throughout the search and am thrilled we have this connection moving forward.
