Alan helped us purchase an investment property in shoreline. He is quite responsive and resourceful. He has lots of experience in investment property and knows the market and construction very well. He tried in every effort to undersand our expectation and needs and never push us to make decisions. We finally closed the deal lower than the price, which is quite uncommon in seattle's seller's market.

Michelle was the best realtor I have ever worked with. She was always available for questions and concerns. She consistently went out of her way to help us and instilled enough trust from us that we were comfortable buying a property sight unseen.

Sandy Lane was our agent for selling our home. Sandy is wonderful to work with in every way. Sandy held 3 open houses in 3 days, we had several offers. Sandy helped us decipher what a well-qualified buyer is and how to select the best offer. We closed in 19 days. Unbelievable! We were retiring, selling our home, and most of our belongings, and moving into our motor home all at the same time. Sandy was organized, calm and patient when we were not.
