We had lived in our Seattle home over 38 years so had mixed feelings about selling but it was time to downsize. Liyah Drenguis helped us make important choices to prepare our home for showing and listing. She had excellent suggestions and answered all of our questions promptly. It took much longer than we expected for our home to sell and Liyah was very supportive and helpful during the entire process. We are pleased that a family has purchased our home that appreciates it as much as we did raising our family there. We wish Liyah continued success in her Real Estate career.

Liyah was awesome to work with. She came to my house to walk me through the steps for selling the house and let me know what she thought should be done to get a fast sale. She gave me referrals for a painter (who was awesome), carpet and tile cleaners, and a stager who made my place look 10x more amazing than it ever did when I lived there. Liyah picked a fair and competitive price for the place and we were sold in 6 days, with no inspection and with an offer $5k over the asking price! We closed in 2 weeks....start to finish the whole process only took me one month. I would definitely recommend Liyah for anyone looking for someone to help sell their home. She had impressive local knowledge, knew exactly what needed to be done, responded to texts and emails faster than my coworkers do, and negotiated a great deal. You can't go wrong with her!

Quick and professional with an eye for detail. Zack worked around our schedule to get our property listed.
