Alan is very knowledgeable with real estate around metro Seattle. He also knows the process well and different options in pursuing a home. When we began our search he sent us homes and took us to view homes we were interested in seeing but when it came to actually considering buying a home in our price range in an area we thought had potential, Alan needed to look at a different route to get what we wanted. We purchased a home with him and we will certainly use his services in the near future again.

Alan helped us purchase our first home in Mukilteo, WA.As first-time homebuyers, we didn't know what to expect, but we knew the process is intimidating for many. The expected jitters never came because Alan was so knowledgeable and easy to work with. He dealt with our many questions and eased us through documents we weren't familiar with. He really has his process down -- it helped us tremendously from viewing potential homes, making the offer, and throughout and beyond closing. We were first time home buyers and Alex held our hands the whole way. Especially helpful as were purchasing from out of state. He started with an information session to let us know what to expect throughout the process and ensure there were no surprises. Then he conducted a ton of home tours over zoom, answered 1000 messages/questions at all hours and helped us put forward 8 bids in 3 weeks. It was insane, I'm glad its over, and I'm glad Alex was there to help.
